Deckma OMD-2005 Oil Content Meter (Oil-in-Water Monitor / Bilge Alarm Monitor) Tested to Regulations of IMO Resolution MEPC. 107(49) The OMD-2005 Bilge Alarm Monitor was designed by Deckma Hamburg GmbH for use in conjunction with 15 ppm Oily Water Separator Systems. The performance and specifications of the OMD-2005 comply with the International Maritime Organization (IMO) requirements described in Resolution MEPC.107 (49). The OMD-2005 is made up of 3 main components: the Computer Unit, Measuring Cell & Valve Assembly. 1. The Computer Unit houses the Memory Card or Data Logger which records and stores up to 18 months of data, including GMT (Date & Time), Separator Status (on / off), 15ppm Alarm (on / off), and Oil concentration (0-30ppm). 2. The Measuring Cell houses the optical electronics and corresponds with the computer unit via the data cable. 3. The Valve Assembly is connected directly to the Measuring Cell and contains a special handle to sense the position of the valve.
