The Wideye FX 150 FleetBroadband Satellite Terminal is part of Addvalue’s NEWEST series of second-generation marine communication systems utilizing Inmarsat’s recent advanced feature upgrades to its FleetBroadband Satellite Network.

The compact, easy-to-install Wideye FX 150 FleetBroadband system provides simultaneous access to clear digital voice, fax and high-speed data for email, SMS and Internet browsing.  The Captain can download current weather & navigational charts while the crew can call, send/receive text messages, & email around the world.

The FX 150 FleetBroadband is a high performance L-Band terminal offering global* communications and Standard IP data speeds up to 150kbps with the following unique features:

• NMEA 0183 Continuous GPS Output
• 3-Axis Stabilised Antenna includes ATC-Resilience, Extended L-Band & IP56 Protection capability.
• GPS Position link to SMS
• Time/Volume limited data sessions (decreases airtime billing “surprise”)
• No Fuses – Uses Intelligent Circuit Breaker protection
• User-configurable Firewall
• Primary Handset with IP66 Environmental Protection

The FX150 has many new optional features to enable more versatile performance, such as MultiVoice; supporting up to 4 concurrent voice calls, using Vocality’s BASIC Multivoice 4.
