The Cobham SAILOR 900 Ku/Ka Band VSAT solution provides all the necessary components, together with a compatible modem, for a reliable, high-performance VSAT system that can be up and running quickly and easily. The SAILOR 900’s stabilized, 1 meter, auto-tracking, GPS-enabled, three-axis antenna is shipped fully balanced; requiring only a single coax cable connection to the below-deck main unit.

The SAILOR 900B VSAT system was designed with the option to convert from Ku to Ka-Band operation, upgradable to the Inmarsat FleetXpress Network Service. The updated electronics include a reflector dish and radome which are tuned to both Ku- and Ka- band frequencies. To meet the increasing demand for more band-width and higher data throughput (also for the up link to the satellite) has elicited demand for antenna systems with higher RF power.  Cobham now provides a SAILOR 900 High Power (HP) VSAT with a new 20W extended frequency BUC, focusing on performance and reliability.  Find product details on the SAILOR 900 HP spec sheet below.
