Mackay is currently seeking a Service Coordinator to join our ‘Ballard’ depot in Seattle, WA.
Service Coordinator Job Summary:
The Service Coordinator is responsible for assessing clients’ needs and dispatching Marine Service Technicians to perform the required work. Preference is given to candidates with relevant knowledge of this industry sector. The Coordinator will communicate with all key parties via telephone and email throughout the service experience and diligently help resolve any disputes. A weekend call rotation is also desired in this 24/7 service industry.
