Service Coordinator – Philippines

Mackay is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator in the Philippines.  The successful candidate must be proficient in English and have relevant knowledge in the repair and maintenance of marine electronic equipment and parts.

Job Summary:

The Service Coordinator is responsible for assessing clients’ needs and dispatching Marine Service Engineers to perform required work.  The successful candidate will have relevant knowledge of repair and maintenance of marine electronic equipment and parts. Communicates with all key parties throughout the service experience and diligently helps to resolve any disputes.


  • Assist with quotes and getting them to customers.
  • Coordinates service and posts jobs on the service board
  • Tracks the movement of vessels
  • Calls Agents to check on vessel movements
  • Sends completion reports to customers
  • Interfaces with the Parts Department
  • Enter jobs into the company database


  • Must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
  • College or post-secondary education in electronics and/or business is preferred
  • 3+ Years’ experience in dispatching and field service coordination.
