The MK2002S from Lilley and Gillie is manufactured with reduced height binnacle outfitters for smaller vessels in mind. The smaller size makes it potentially less intrusive on the bridge, and is supplied in white and manufactured with reinforced glass fibre. This helps allow for a much lighter binnacle as well. This compass outfit is also Type Approved to the EUropean Marine Directive (MED) and other classification societies including the Chinese Classification Society.
