Cobham SAILOR 6000 GMDSS A-Series Console, brought to you by COBHAM Sailor Satcom, is the most flexible, sophisticated and rugged GMDSS solution available, installed in over on-third commercial vessels, and offers consoles meeting IMO/SOLAS requirements for all sea areas with high quality hardware. Offering versatile A3 and A4 Console Solutions, to meet your unique specifications.

A3 SAILOR GMDSS Console may be delivered with three or four sections, and pre-installed with your choice of SAILOR 6000 GMDSS products, including printers, keyboards and dual mini-Cs, VHF and MF/HF for complete redundancy.

The Cobham SAILOR A4 Program offers solutions and combinations applicable for Sea Area A4. The solution is the four section console with three SAILOR 6006 Message Terminals. One for SAILOR 6110 mini-C GMDSS (for covering Sea Area 3), and two for the MF/HF radiotelex. The two MF/HF stations can be supplied as 150W, 250W or 500W.

Requirements vary from vessel to vessel. Therefore the Cobham SAILOR GMDSS solutions are available in a configuration to match the actual communications and safety needs, regardless of the sea area you are operating in. As a standard the SAILOR 6000 Consoles are delivered with light, dimming control, connection boards and SAILOR Moxa Switches for ThraneLINK. The consoles are fitted with removable front plates, which greatly facilitate service and maintenance procedures, and the modular structure of the whole system means that it easily may be extended and altered.
